"The rooms are good and the entire staff are friendly and very helpful. There are a lot of shops and dining choices and the 6 train is a block away( Elder Ave ), while also having access to the BX4."

"DO NO BOOK HERE!!! They refused to give me a refund after they didn’t let me check in. When I spoke to a manager over the phone they were very rude and told me that he didn’t care. He then hung up on me. Zero stars so unprofessional."

"Absolutely horrible! Do not waste your time or money unless you are looking to get laid. Doors are heavy and they slam. Housekeeping all through the day/night. Non smoking property is a lie!! Got woke up at 6 a.m to the fire alarm going off due to someone smoking in their room right next to us. When approached about it front desk questioning my husband “where does it say no smoking?” It’s right here on your web site! Not deserving of the 2 star rating! Had a friend come with us to drop off some bags and desk gave us a hard time “only 2 people in the room at a time” Stressing to us it’s the policy! Well, how do you pick and choose what policy you are allowing! Stay away from this hotel! Definitely should have spent our $1000 elsewhere!"

"Pretty sure they double as a shelter. They said they dont but the shelter is next door and the characters I saw entering and leaving the hotel were questionable. No shade on anybody in the shelter, but dont lie. They needed both of our IDs and only 1 of us booked the room. I've had MANY hotel stays, that has never happened to me before. But what did I expect given the area and im bronx born and raised! 🤷🏾‍♀️"

"All guest must provide ID is nuts. I’ve been to Aton of hotels where this was not an issue. Especially for a two star hotel. From all the other reviews I understand I wasn’t missing out. But I had my lady with me and all parties sleeping in the room need to provide ID is new to me. I looked like a straight chump out there. Wish I were to read the reviews before I purchased."
