"Central and for one night ok. We had a couple of issues: heater was boiling over night and no possibility of regulation, there where stains on the sheets, noisy pipes, and noises from other rooms are very loud. No shower in the room and some rooms even without bathroom, watch out during booking."

"First, I'd say this was the most affordable option in this area of town. So, understand you get what you pay for. Room - clean and functional. Other than the 3rd mattress being a little less than a thin pad, and one mattress wasn't quite flat, the room was fine. Bathrooms - Shared with the entire floor. This only caused me an issue once, where I had to wait about 10 minutes for facilities. Not a huge issue for me. Shower - NOWHERE to place your things. Would strongly recommend the hotel take the very cheap cost of installing a hook and a small shelf in each shower stall. Overall, we had a great experience. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. Location was amazing and overall the place was clean."

"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room did not meet basic standards, as I found several areas that had clearly not been properly maintained. In addition, I encountered staff members who were not courteous and did not provide the level of service one would reasonably expect. Finally, I experienced issues with the return of my security deposit, which was withheld without a clear explanation. While the location of the property may be convenient, the overall experience was unsatisfactory, and I believe there are other options that offer better value and professionalism."

"Definitely the low point of our NYC trip. Extremely overpriced for the room. No personal bathrooms, just a filthy community restroom shared by the entire floor. Floors on 8th level are uneven, very poor amenities. These people are shameless and should spend at least a little to improve the quality of their 'hotel' (more like an old apartment building), but are instead too busy ripping people off and counting their money."

"here is MY honest review after staying here for a week. First I would have to say this so called ‘hotel’ (which is an apartment complex) has a BUNCH of hidden fees (makes you pay a 175$ security deposit + 25$ fee?? which you had to pay cash in. The people at the desk are nice except for this one woman who seems pretty racist/arrogant + rude. The shared bathrooms are pretty cleanish but still dirty (found a cockroach in the shower stalls + sinks are dirty). The rooms are smaller than you expect for the price. Beds in the room are pretty stiff and the lightning wasn’t that good, one of the lights in our room were broken. The only thing good about this place is the location, lots of shops/restaurants/beauty downstairs + subways nearby which are super convenient. Overall, you can get a better room at a luxury hotel with the same price/location. So the only thing good thing about this place was the location. This was my review about this place for anyone discovering nyc :)"
