"My Honest Review of The One Hotel I booked a King Spa Room for a brief getaway, mainly because it came with a bathtub. The room itself was quite spacious — perfect for one person — and offered plenty of closet space. The bathroom was large and immaculately clean upon arrival. However, there were several issues that made my stay less enjoyable. The desk chair was dirty, and part of the desk was damaged and should be replaced. My room phone wasn’t connected, so I had to go downstairs for any requests, as the front desk rarely answered outside calls. Additionally, the coffee creamer provided in the room was spoiled. Housekeeping also needs improvement. Although I left a sign for my room to be cleaned, it appeared the sheets and towels were not changed. The spa tub hadn’t been washed — I had used lavender and herbs, and remnants were still in the tub. Even the towels had lavender grains on them, suggesting they hadn’t been replaced. On a positive note, the hotel has great potential. The lobby is attractive, the room layout is comfortable, and the location is convenient — close to a massage parlor and many restaurants. With better housekeeping and maintenance, this could be a truly great place to stay."

"Very bad stay experience. The room was filled with the smell of marijuana and loud music at 10 pm. I went to the front desk to report the situation. The answer given was that guests were allowed to smoke marijuana and cigarettes, and they could not stop the loud music. If you want to get a good rest and a room full of fresh air, this is not a good choice."

"Rooms: old stained carpet, damaged Vanderbilt everywhere, mini fridge frozen inside so it was actually cold and the surrounding cabinet it was in was hot (I unplugged it due to fire safety concern), AC set to cool and the room never cooled down all night, really soft mattress, no water pressure. Overall just not impressed and wouldn’t stay here again. Service: checkin guy barely spoke two words, why are they still Xerox scanning drivers licenses. Check out guy at 4am was way more friendly and interactive. Location: lots of food options nearby. And two gas stations."

"The staff is so kind and very helpful. The room was perfect for an accidental 4 day stay (flight got canceled) staff was able to let me keep my room an extra day. The rooms are clean and the towels smell amazing. The bathroom makes you do a double take initially but after you use it, it is a very efficient design. I love this place and will be here every time I come to the area."

"I will not bash this hotel. My stay overall was fine. However I am not a fan of the staff. I love the Asian community dearly however I feel as though there is always a hiccup with the services they provide. I paid $100 incidental charge for this hotel. This charge is still pending in my account almost a month latter. I stay at hotels regularly and the incidental charge is typically back on my credit card within the day of check out or a few days later. I’ve reached out to management. They are shady in their communication. Decent hotel Just beware of how they do business."
