"Nothing much to expect all the reviews are exactly what you get, very far from the nearby mta subway almost a 15 min walk, rooms are ok just to sleep. They allow to keep luggage in front of front desk if you want. Keep a cash deposit of 60$ which they will give back in case of no blunders you make. But make sure you have cash as the deposit is only in cash . We were during Christmas hence no other option than to book this once. Or else any other time I’m coming won’t prefer this place as after dark it’s very much shaddy to walk to the place from main subway line. Tv they gave was completely blue screen, no kettle no cups or glasses no coffee mugs or machine, just towels."

"Overall, it’s good for the price and location. The cleanliness inside the room could be improved, and the surrounding area feels a bit empty and dark, so I didn’t feel very safe coming back to the hotel late at night. The receptionist was always very kind, and the cash deposit I left at check-in was returned."

"Our room was very adequate for what we needed during our visit for NYC. I really appreciate that the housekeeping staff cleans rooms everyday. I thought it was wonderful. The hotel is in an industrial district (the area is where all the food carts from the city is stored for the night, construction and manufacturing businesses, taxi bays, auto body shops etc.) of New York that makes it seem rough and dangerous but my husband and I walked through the streets late at night without encountering any problems. It’s within walking distance of the F, N, W, R, and 7 trains, the Noguchi Museum, Museum of Moving Image, and MoMA PS1. It’s also near a lot of good food spots, and an interesteing terracotta building by Queensbridge."

"I’d glad I booked here ! It’s about a 13 minute walk to get to the closest subway station. There’s a breakfast joint to the left of the hotel when you exit and some good eats all within walking distance. The guy at the front desk was friendly when I checked in. Housekeeping staff also was amazing ! Not once did I have to call them for towels or anything. Room comes with a mini fridge & there’s a microwave in the lobby if you need one. I have no complaints for this hotel it did what it was supposed to do as some one who takes budget trips every few months with my husband. Saved some money booking here . Would book again!"

"First of all, the location. Very bad and sketchy neighborhood with little to no shops, but believe me you wouldn't want to go to these stores anyway. Now the check-in, very rude staff with zero manners. They will try and force you to give them a 60$ CASH for a security deposit. Do not give them anything, you will never see your money again. Of course they have conveniently installed an ATM with about 4$ fee per transaction. Avoid it at all cost, say you lost your card or anything else if you end up in this hotel. Now the room. Complete disaster, the dirtiest room in my entire life. The cheapest motel on the highway has higher standards than this establishment. Destruction everywhere. Stains on the walls, chipped paint on the walls, dirty floors, burned window curtains, stains on the mattress, stains on the towels, mold in the bathtub. The elevator is wet and smelly. Dust and dirt on the furniture. And the cherry on the pie is somebody's underwear hanging in the bathroom. Avoid it at all cost!!!"
