"Stayed here recently , the windows don’t lock the just slide , the sheets had a creamy look, I’m guessing there’s was a light in the ceiling that was removed and now has paper stuffed in it ….. room was kinda dusty and had a weird chemical scent"

"I was very satisfied with the room and how neat and clean it was honestly. The area is pretty and has many restaurants near by for a quick bite to grab. Despite all that very clean and nice."

"Absolutely unacceptable experience – unsafe and unsanitary I checked into the Umbrella Hotel with the intention of staying the night, but ended up checking out within three hours due to severe safety and cleanliness concerns. Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately met with a strong odor resembling garbage. The front desk representative appeared visibly disoriented and unprofessional, raising serious concerns about staff conduct. Once inside the room, I was appalled by its condition—stains were visible on multiple surfaces, the furniture was worn and unkempt, and the overall environment was disturbingly unsanitary. The situation worsened when I heard people screaming in the hallway—someone yelling “help me,” followed by other loud, aggressive voices and the sound of spraying. The locks on my door were barely functional, adding to my deep sense of unease. I left the property shortly after checking in, as the environment felt not only unsafe but also a potential health hazard. I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel. It is in urgent need of a full investigation, both in terms of safety standards and hygiene protocols."

"Honestly i liked it its a motel . Rooms were cheaper than elsewhere deposit was 100$ cash or card . Parking in the back wide just the entrance looks like its small . Room are all king . Some are news mine was new i give the room a 8/10 . staff was super nice to me so my experience overall a 8/10 its not a 5 star hotel but i would put it at a 3.5/4 Walls are thin and you do hear people when they walk in the hallway but yea other than that"

"This place was an absolute nightmare to stay in. We spent a week and everyday I regret picking this place as my hotel. If there were more options in this area I would have never picked this hotel. First time and the last time here. The rooms were absolutely disgusting, they are filthy and its old and outdated. Shower door, faucets, toilet seat and ac units were all broken. The rooms had a horrible spell to them. The two rooms that we got only the one upstairs was decent. We ran into issue after issue. The hotel workers and guest all like to use the stairs instead of the elevator because it's faster, but each time the door to the stairs open the door would slam shut very loudly. So if you are trying to have a peaceful night that was literally impossible. Every 30 minutes we would hear the door slam shut and it would wake all of us up in the middle of the night. The only peace we had was between 2 and 5 in the morning. I suggest you guys convert all your stair doors to be soft closing or stop letting people use them they are very loud when they slam shut. And do a deep clean of this place. I would give zero stars if I could."
