"Do not go here. It’s very dangerous and even if you leave the hotel refuses to give a refund for nights not used. Rooms were garbage, wallpaper, falling down, toilet busted, nothing like the photos stay far far away."

"This is absolutely NOT a 3-Star hotel. The rooms are advertised as soundproof. Room 704 is NOT. I have cancer and suffer from insomnia due to chemotherapy, and I just wanted to return to a place I have had restful stays at, but was disturbed by a cursing woman having a loud sexual encounter, loud TV sounds, and a screaming child. I was reluctantly moved to C2 which is a basement room next to the laundry. Horrible! This hotel has really gone downhill. A shame. At least the staff are polite though."

"Horrible stay and i don't say that lightly! I had dirty sheets and when I asked if they could change them then the guy who works in the front gave the sheets to me instead of Changing them or at least getting someone else to do that! This hotel either needs to improve or Be shut down due to too many problems!"

"We couldn’t sleep because the fire alarm kept going off throughout the night. There were guests in the room yelling at each other, and unfortunately, the staff didn’t take any action to address the situation. There was also no luggage storage available despite the high price we paid. The telephone in the room was broken, and getting the Wi-Fi password from the staff was unnecessarily difficult."

"I needed a last-minute place to stay with my children while visiting New York for a few days and I booked for the night at this location. I have to say for something that I needed last minute it works, but overall the neighborhood is very sketchy at night. The fire alarm kept going off, I would say about 2 to 3 times. Also, it was very loud outside. The neighborhood was bumping even at 2:30 in the morning. The room was OK although the shower was kind of tricky to figure out in the morning the house cleaning staff was able to show me how to work it even though she did not speak English so overall, I would say if you’re looking for a quick place that takes cash it was 300 for the night, I would say go ahead and book it, but if you’re looking for something comfortable and secure, I would not suggest this location because I did not even have a privacy lock on my door. It was broken and like I said I was staying with young children so to say that I feel safe I wouldn’t say 100% but like I said it got us through the night."
