"One of the most miserable hotels I have ever slept in. After paying so much for that expensive room, I had to beg for soap and the room looks like a cubicle for USD$ 180. The room reeked of weed and cigarettes which was unbearable for me as a non smoker. I couldn't sleep. A mirror in the ceiling staring at me on the floor. Very unfriendly atmosphere. They have a long way to go. A bad representation of New York!"

"My room was small, but in a noisy area of the Bronx. I fell asleep for three hours and that's all I could get. But that's my fault and not the hotels.The shower head was not installed properly so it leaked out the top and the sink spigot was loose. Other than that it was ok. The person at the front desk was nice and hospitable."

"Great stay was in town for a funeral. There is a lot of activity And Non guest and homeless people in lobby using the one microwave in the hotel for guest. And there’s no parking despite free parking being on booking info. Otherwise it was a reasonable price for New York."

"I have been coming here for about 2 to 3yrs now since you guys open. In the beginning it was nice, clean and quiet. August I'm there with my wife for 4hrs and the front desk calls my room within 2 hrs and says check out. I explain I have 2 more hours, she giving me all kind of attitude. I now have to get dress and go downstairs and she start counting on her fingers and still getting it wrong while having an attitude. I'm down there for 5min while she looking at the blue card counting 3 hours. I had count for her and then she is like oh smfh. An hour later housekeeping comes knocks and open the door while my wife is not dress, talking about check out time. I'm not dress and he shows me his phone telling me my checkout time. I tell him that it is wrong. So I don't blame him he jus doing his but the woman at the front desk not on point. This is at in 8/27/2025 evening time. Nobody didn't even say Sorry. If u look my name up you will see I have spend plenty money with you stay 3 to 4 days at a time. I don't even leave reviews but I felt disrespected and I don't think I will be coming back again. Thank you for ur time in this matter"

"I was skeptical about this hotel but it was actually nice. When i walked in the room it smelled refreshing. It was a small room but it was a nice room. I don’t remember the young lady name at the service desk but she was nice and helpful. As far as the location i mean it was in an area where everything was accessible."
