"Stayed here to attend an event, and for the most part everything was as described. The room was clean, the hotel staff very friendly and location convenient. Two main issues arose during the stay-location and transportation. It was conveniently located across from MetLife but a highway stood between the properties. I booked with intentions on walking because that is what was advertised but that wasn't the case. And the second issue-transportation. The hotel offered a shuttle to local areas which was great. On game day, several staff informed us of a third party shuttle for the game for $20 ($10/each way). Red flag #1-we were unable to prepay for both trips. The first trip was $10. Afterwards, with waiting for an hour, the return shuttle cost $15. Additionally, it was a legit death trap with terrible suspension, exhaust fumes and overloaded with passengers. Another issue was the bar/restaurant. Nearly fully booked, with fans and a private event, there was only one bartender. I would give an "A" for effort but once an order was placed they would forget after receiving another 2-3 behind yours. This led to long waits and forgotten orders. There should've been additional staff knowing the hotel would be near full capacity. Overall the hotel stay was good. I just wish they would update the transportation information online."

"Hotel was quiet at night and location was convenient to other attractions within short driving distance, but hotel was very poorly managed and maintained. House keeping was very loud throughout the entire day and ignored prearranged late checkout times. Room was not clean with numerous stains on the bedding and towels, dirt and debris in the corners of the room, and old or stain furniture in the room. Included breakfast from executive lounge was not good. Will not be staying here again."

"⭐ 0/5 — I Felt Unsafe, Unheard, and Completely Failed by This Hotel I stayed at this hotel this past Friday and Saturday night, and it turned into one of the most stressful and frightening experiences I’ve ever had. The first room we were given immediately reeked of marijuana. The sheets and floors were covered in stains, the bathtub had a layer of thick black film, and it was blatantly obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. I was honestly shocked and disgusted that a room in this condition was even offered to anyone. I was traveling with my five-year-old daughter, which made everything ten times worse. I didn’t even want her feet touching the floor. I tried finding another hotel, but everything nearby was either sold out or around $500 a night — completely impossible for me. I felt trapped, having to choose between my budget and my child’s safety and comfort. When I went to the desk to ask for a different room, I hoped it was just a single bad one. But the second room was nearly as awful. The shower handle was broken, the carpet was stained throughout, the benches were dirty and blotched with old marks, the shower curtain looked filthy, and there was trash still left behind from previous guests. The headboard wasn’t even secured to the bed or wall, and there were cobwebs in multiple corners. It felt like no one here cared about cleanliness, maintenance, or even the minimum standard of hospitality. To make things even more frightening, the entire atmosphere felt unsafe. People were vacuuming and running up and down the hallways late at night, banging around, and at one point it sounded like someone was trying to get into our room. As a mother with a small child, I was terrified. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping. I didn’t feel protected. I just wanted to get through the night and leave as quickly as possible. This hotel completely ruined what should have been a normal, simple weekend. No parent should ever have to put their child in a place that feels dirty and unsafe simply because every other option is unavailable or outrageously priced. This hotel needs serious intervention, better management, and a total overhaul of its cleaning and security standards. I regret ever stepping foot on the property, and I would never recommend it to anyone."

"This place is easily one of our favorite hotels in Jersey. Why do you ask? The people that work at this hotel are some of the friendliest, kind, accommodating people I’ve ever met! Raul at the front desk went above and beyond and made our stay the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. He was extremely helpful and just made everything super easy. There’s also a free shuttle that make stops at the NJ Secaucus train station, American Dream Mall and a few other spots every hour starting at 10am. It made our trip super convenient since you can’t walk anywhere on your own. If you don’t have a car, it definitely comes in handy. There’s also a Starbucks on site which is perfect! The room is also very clean and spacious. We had a city view room which had the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. We will definitely be back!!"

"I recently stayed here for a weekend while attending my daughter’s dance convention, and the experience was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was on vacation. The front desk staff greeted us warmly with smiles and complimentary water, which set the tone for the entire stay. Our room was ready upon arrival, and it exceeded expectations—it was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered a stunning view. The atmosphere throughout the property was inviting and relaxing, making it a perfect retreat after long convention days. I’ll be returning in December for another dance convention and look forward to enjoying another exceptional stay. I hope to once again have a beautiful room with an amazing view."
