"Cute place! We got a great price (I’m a platinum hotels.com member) I noticed it went up a week later to $325 when we wanted to go back. Maybe there was an event. We have no problem paying more for hotels but I personally would find other places if over $200. Only because there’s no gym and you can probably get more bang for your buck at that point. But we loved our stay, easy parking and they are adding a gym. 🥰"

"Great experience and we will be returning. Beautiful little hotel in an interesting, accessible and quiet neighborhood. Really good restaurants a short walk away. We had beautiful city views in our room which was tastefully decorated. It is an easy subway ride into Manhattan. Much more friendly than a large hotel. We had great conversations with LC and Elena at the front desk. I left something in the safe and Sofia couldn’t have been more pleasant and professional in having it promptly returned. We are already planning our next stay. Great place!"

"I had a nice stay here. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are big, bigger than I needed but good for those with a lot of stuff and who want a kitchenette. (No blackout curtains! c'mon.) The street noise is manageable but you can hear your neighbors, especially when they are in the hallway. The location is fine, a moderately funky part of LIC. Subway is reasonably close. Recommended."

"I had an excellent stay at The Modernist Hotel! The atmosphere was stylish and relaxing, and everything felt thoughtfully designed. A special mention to Chris at the front desk, who was incredibly polite, professional, and accommodating throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!"

"The hotel is super cute — every corner is beautifully decorated and Instagram-worthy ✨ All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I felt so warm and taken care of from the moment I arrived. Absolutely loved my stay! 🫶🏻 Would definitely come back again!"
