"My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights in December. Great location with walkable restaurants around, 2 convenient subway entrances, walkable to Pier 11 to take a ferry. Loved the 2 water bottles/day, great front desk service. The free breakfast is a plus! The fruit infused water on 2nd floor was so refreshing after a day of sight seeing. We would def recommend and stay here again!"

"The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It was very expensive for what it offered. They advertised free wine, but it was only available on weekdays. We also had to pay a destination fee for Wi-Fi, breakfast, and wine, even though the booking said breakfast and free Wi-Fi were included. In reality, we were charged twice for these amenities. There was also no wine on weekends, even though we paid a much higher weekend rate for the room. On top of that, the room was extremely small. I think you can find better options for same price."

"The FIDI Hotel truly impressed me. The staff made me feel cared for from the moment I arrived, and the rooms were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The location couldn’t be better; everything I needed was just minutes away. One of the best surprises was their complimentary wine hour. It created such a warm, relaxed atmosphere and was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. And the breakfast? I had no idea they offered one until I got there, and it was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to my morning. This stay exceeded every expectation. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it."

"We had a stunning experience for our Honeymoon ! What really stood out was the little attention from the staff that made our journey unforgettable. We had a few issues on our way from the airport and the lovely people at the front desk helped us solve them to take this burden off of us, but that was just the beginning : the room was fully decorated thematically when we got there, it was such a lovely attention ! There was a cake, champagne and cute decoration, we felt very welcome. The place is next to all useful commodities, we mostly walked our way to sightseeing when needed (Liberty Island, One World Trade Center, etc) and went to continue our trip with a rental which was also a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. For other things, we took the subway which was also a 1 minute walk from the hotel. I greatly recommend this place, the service really is out of the ordinary !"

"This hotel works best for a short stay — one or two nights max. The rooms are quite small, even by New York standards, and the view from my window faced another building, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast options were limited to pastries, yogurt, fruit, and granola — no hot or protein choices, which felt underwhelming for a 4-star property. That said, the staff truly make the experience better. Everyone — from housekeeping to the front desk and maintenance — was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is tucked away on a relatively quiet street (a rare find in NYC), making it a convenient yet peaceful base for exploring the city. I don't recommend it but I am not against it."
