"Please don't go here! The wifi barely work. If you have school work or business and you have to have a laptop or computer it won't work. The hallways were freezing and not inside cold but like you were literally outside. They told me online that breakfast would be included but they told me once I got there that they did not serve breakfast. The bathroom light barely worked. Finally online they told me that they would charge me a 50$ deposit for any damages and give it back to me once they checked the room. They charged me 100$. They gave it back since I didn't damage anything but the point is they are not completely honest and the stay was not comfortable at all."

"Absolutely terrible experience. We checked in and checked out within 7 minutes because the property was nothing like the photos and felt completely unsafe. The doors to the rooms are outside, the area felt sketchy. We didn’t use the room, didn’t use the bathroom, and didn’t stay at all — but the staff still tried to charge us and refused to refund the deposit. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. We chose this hotel because it was near MetLife Stadium, but the actual conditions were nothing like what was advertised. If safety, cleanliness, and honesty matter to you, do NOT stay here."

"Overall the hotel is very run down. But surprisingly the ice machine did work! It looks somewhat like a scary movie in there. The rooms could use better lighting. The over head light is the bright daylight kind so I used the lamps. The mattress was clean and so was the hot tub. The shower is pretty nice in the suite and had been renovated. The spa bath seemed pretty clean and I did not see any bugs my whole stay. If you run out of anything in the room the guy at the front desk will give you hard time trying to replace it. This place wasn’t in walking distance of anything besides a restaurant and a gas station that was closed by 8pm on a Saturday. Plus a star because there were a lot of channels on the tv. The deposit on the specialty room is $150 and it shouldn’t be."

"The bed is very comfortable, reparations for the walls maybe, because theyre chipped, water flow isnt high. The electrical is bad, the usb outlet are not working in the room 119..and the light was bugging. Looks more like a motel, theres no other room and NO BREAKFAST, we have reserved on Agoda and it said they had breakfast but the workers said they only give some cereal bars in the morning so no breakfast. It smells cigarettes in some places and its a bit pricy for what its offering."

"The hotel and room were dirty and unclean. The locks on the door did not work. The desk staff said he could not spare an extra blanket. It’s like walking through Mogadishu as depicted in Black Hawk Down when you walk through the courtyard for lack of a better term. We definitely brought home bed bugs. Did I mention it was dirty? There was hair everywhere as well as stained walls and floors. The location is top notch, but everything else is not. You shouldn’t have to barricade yourself ok a room to feel safe. Stay if you like bed bugs, filth and rude management. For the price you think they would offer you a little more and treat you a little better. Avoid. I feel dirty after my stay."
