"I stayed at Sky Hotel in New York for 5 days, and overall it was a great experience. The hotel is well located, making it easy to get around the city and access many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in New York. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"My stay at Sky Hotel Flushing was already mediocre, but the real nightmare started after I checked out. They double-charged me, and when I called to fix it, the customer service was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. The representative acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for my own money back. After going back and forth, they finally “promised” me a refund by a specific date. That date came and went—with no refund, no update, and no apology. I waited an entire extra week, still nothing. Every time I called, I was met with the same dismissive attitude and zero accountability. I was told to wait ANOTHER week. Being overcharged is bad enough, but being treated rudely while trying to solve their mistake is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and stay literally anywhere else. I will never book here again."

"This is truly the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Had I known it would be like this, I would rather have slept at the airport or even in a subway station. When I checked in, the front desk lady gave me a key card and told me my room was 404. When I got to room 404, I inserted the key and pushed the door open—there was actually another guest still living inside. I went downstairs to question the front desk lady, and she said it was a computer error. She claimed that the guest was supposed to check out that day but didn’t. She then gave me another room, 407. Dragging my heavy suitcase back up to the 4th floor again, I opened the door to 407, only to find it dirty and uncleaned—just like room 404, except this one had no guest, just a filthy, unprepared room. Angry, I grabbed a staff member, brought him to see room 407, and told him this was already the second room that was impossible to stay in. He then contacted the front desk again and brought me to the 5th floor, to room 505. But by then, I was already extremely uncomfortable. The moment you enter the hotel, you’re hit with a strong smell of second-hand smoke. The hallways on every floor, and even inside the room, are filled with the lingering stench of marijuana and cigarette smoke. When I took a shower, I even found burn marks on the shower curtain, like it had been burnt by someone smoking. Because I checked in at 8 PM, and had a late flight, I had no choice but to stay. If my flight had arrived even slightly earlier, the second I saw the room, I would have immediately left to find another hotel. Please listen to my advice: Do NOT waste your money here. This is the worst, dirtiest, and smelliest hotel I have ever stayed in during all my years of traveling. I honestly doubt whether this hotel has passed any annual inspections. How did they even pass? Maybe the authorities need to come check this place out."

"You get what you paid for. NO 24-HR HOT WATER. The location is great. Tangram is within 100 feet. The building is old. Set your expectation as checking into a motel. The front desk has bullet proof glass shield. Room has somewhat cheap renovation with glued vinyl sheet floor, while sticky at spots. Bed has new linen but only 1 layer. You can tell the mattress is dirty when you see through the thin sheet. Some mild mold but not seen bedbug. Room is noisy. You hear the plane in LGA climbing or descending path every 2-5 minutes. Hot water ONLY available at evening time. Considering the location is one of the most expensive places in the world, a one night stay here is bearable. I would not recommend stay more than a night here."

"This hotel and the staff is amazing. Its so clean and everything worked properly. It's close to everything, the buses, LIRR, and subway 7 train to Manhattan. I love it and this will be my new home away from home for weekend getaways, meetups, and refer visitors. I would like to give a very special thanks to the young the woman at the front desk during my stay. She was so pleasant and professional. Her enthusiasm to meet my accommodations was top tier which is incredible because all new yorkers know good help is hard to find in the big city. Thank you 😊"
