"The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very plush but we only spent minimal time in the room anyway. The location is superb and only a few minutes walk from Time square and Rockefeller subway station. Definitely would recommend this hotel and if I were to visit New York again would consider this hotel."

"The Sanctuary Hotel has a few strong points, especially if you enjoy convenience. There are great sushi options on site, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The design isn’t bad—just a bit different aesthetically—but it gives the hotel its own personality. My room was okay, on the smaller side, and the carpet had an older smell that I wasn’t thrilled about. Still, the hotel’s extremely central location makes getting around the city effortless. Overall, a solid option if you value helpful staff, good sushi downstairs, and a prime location."

"Recently back from a 5 night stay here, location is perfect for times square, literally a minute walk from the front door. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was great although maybe a little small when we had 2 large suitcases with us but bed and shower were ideal, would highly recommend this hotel"

"We stayed at Santuary Hotel last week and were very pleased with our service. Upon arrival, Jose allowed us to check in early making our lives so much easier! The rooms were clean and the rooftop restaurant was stunning. The location is perfect and within walking distance to Times Square. I highly would recommend staying with them if you are considering a trip to NYC!"

"The location was great and definitely exceeded our expectations. Time square and Broadway were only minutes walk away. The room was clean and cute. The staff were friendly and helpful. We needed a place to rest well after a long flight and see the sights before our cruise. Sanctuary hotel was perfect! We rested well and saw many sights. The front desk recommended a pizza place that was phenomenal. The hotel had complimentary breakfast and was food. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again if we ever come back to New York."
