"Stayed here for two nights because I had seen good reviews and it was affordable pricing. Stayed in the bunk pod and it was clean, had a bathroom and decent sized shower. Walking distance to Bryant park, Times Square, and lots of good food options. Would recommend if you don’t plan on spending much time in your room!"

"While clean and containing basic amenities, the space was very small. I understand it’s advertised as a pod, however two people can’t enter the room as the same time. The door doesn’t open all the way and there is only one spot in the room where you can change your clothes, if the other the person sits on the bed. The windows have visually pleasing coverings that do not keep out the cold. And if I did not have a girlfriend who is like a heat-seeking missile, I would have lost a toe to the December air due to the whisper of warmth provided by a comforter that could have doubled as a dusting of snow. I couldn’t find the light switch to the bathroom. My feral barn cat of a girlfriend, literally called and barked at a sweet woman at the front desk in the middle of the night. Again, I apologize for her behavior. Everyone was very accommodating. The shower was half size of what must be code, but the water was very hot. Luckily because another of those cold windows was in there, too. The television had good cable, remote and channels. I hope you don’t have epilepsy because some of these 1980 snowy strobe light channels will have you foaming at the mouth. But don’t you worry, your jittery body will receive not comfort from the sleeping arrangements. I had to confirm with my whirling dervish of a partner, that we not in fact sleeping on our own luggage. The mattress was just reminiscent 90s supermodel thin. I mean, I guess we would book again. It does have a lock and they have a morning espresso bar. (Not free)."

"Great location, only a couple blocks from Grand Central. Also within walking distance from Rockefeller Plaza. Check in, check out and luggage storage was super quick and easy. Rooms are very small, but clean and “affordable” for NYC."

"Right off the bat great service when we walked in. We landed at 7 am not expecting a room to be ready until 3pm we went to just drop off our luggage, they then tell us they upgraded our room and it was available. It was decent sized for new york, it was super clean and comfortable. The hotel is in an ideal location, quick walks everywhere and the subway is just two blocks away. Every time we came back to the hotel amazing greetings from the security he would hold out elevator or call in when he saw us walk in. They are over the top with their customer service. I unfortunately left some items in my room and they were super helpful and quick to help me resolve and ship my items back out to me. Will be staying again."

"Surprisingly Clean, Comfortable, and an Amazing Value in NYC I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to New York City. The location is very convenient. It is about a 20 minute walk to Times Square and around a 30 minute walk to Central Park, which made it easy to get anywhere on foot. The rooms are definitely small, but that is normal for New York City. As long as you are traveling solo or with your partner, it is completely fine. If you are staying with a friend, using the bathroom might require a level of friendship where you do not mind oversharing. What impressed me most was how clean everything was. The room, the bathroom, the lobby, and the hallways were spotless every time I walked in. For an affordable hotel in Manhattan, the cleanliness was truly outstanding. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. There are three elevators in the building, and I never had to wait long for one. The hotel offers free WiFi for one device, free coffee in the morning, and an optional paid breakfast if you want something more. The rooftop terrace was closed for construction, disappointing but understandable. There was a private sitting area on the 17th floor which was a nice place to relax. For the price and overall experience, this is one of the best values you can find in New York City. I would definitely stay here again."
