"I really enjoyed this hotel! My first time in LIC and I was looking for somewhere affordable for one night while on a work trip. I wasn't sure quite what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was warm, kind, and helpful. I stayed in mid-December and although they aren't too many parking spots at the hotel in total, there were only a few cars parked so I had no problem parking my car! The hot water was plentiful and quick, the beds were decently comfy, the location is great and accessible, and the continental breakfast was pleasant and satisfying. This hotel in the city didn't have a "cold", distant feeling to the place, and that was great to me. I would definitely stay here again should I find myself with a need. The only reason I gave "4" stars for the rooms, is they are decently small and could use a tad updating. But, nothing too dire!"

"Location was great, about a 20 min metro ride to Times Square. Metro stations within a 5-10 min walk depending on where you’re going. The place was very clean and looked newly remodeled. Breakfast was excellent. Had lots of options, yogurt parfait, French toast/pancakes, hash browns, eggs, bagels, fruit. The place was also super well sound proofed. We didn’t hear the cars at all which was very different from the Marriot we stayed in the night before. Very impressed."

"I stayed here for a weekend and my only complaint is that the sink’s hot water pressure was pretty low. The room was clean, the staff was kind, and the location was pretty quiet and felt safe. This is actually a pretty good location as it’s only 15 minutes from Astoria, 25 minutes from LaGuardia Airport, and 20-30 minutes from other areas of New York like Brooklyn and Manhattan. The breakfast wasn’t super fancy but it was free and decent! And for two people, we ended up in a twin bed room. Not ideal but it worked for the weekend."

"I had an amazing experience at this hotel, it truly exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely stay here whenever I visit New York. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is simple but enough to kickstart the day, and the staff is friendly and always helpful. The rooftop is a fantastic bonus with great views. I also loved the 24/7 availability of hot water, coffee, tea, bagels and water. Overall, this hotel is a real catch."

"I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect if you don't intend to drive. It is easily accessible to 4 train lines, bus lines, and it is close to Manhattan with a nice view on the roof. When I first walked in the lobby, the front desk receptionists were very friendly and helpful. My room was impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was so clean and the water stayed hot the entire time. There is plenty to eat in the neighborhood if you are looking for breakfast, lunch or dinner within walking distance. I was able to get a good night sleep. I could barely hear noise from the outside. Also, the hotel had their own designated parking on site which was convenient as well as parking availability on the street. I would definitely stay here again and invite others to stay."
