"Above and beyond service—allowed us early check-in, courteous and understanding when we were running late at checkout, allowed us to leave our bags with them after checkout since our flight wasn’t until the evening. Room was spacious compared to most NYC hotels in a similar price range. Windows opened which was great for fresh air. Shower was amazing—rainfall shower head, detachable sprayer, plenty of hot water, and not nearly as tiny as other NYC hotels we’ve stayed in. Super affordable and accessible to multiple subway stations to go into Manhattan. Best bang for your buck when it comes to NYC hotels."

"Great hotel in Brooklyn! I’m staying here right now and I absolutely love it. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even better. The food is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is calm and pleasant. You really feel comfortable and relaxed here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York. I would definitely stay here again✨"

"Our stay at this hotel was a great experience. The room was clean and offered a fantastic view of the Statue of Liberty and the city. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative, and they even offered us early check-in. There was also the option to store our luggage free of charge on our last day, which was very convenient. It’s excellent value for money, and I would definitely consider coming back if I visit New York again. The area felt safe, and with the NYPD station right next door, we never felt uneasy walking back to the hotel at night. There is a subway station just a 5-minute walk away that takes you to the city centre in about 30 minutes. Another station, around 8–10 minutes away, serves a different line. Last, we didn't like the breakfast but we didn't had expectations neither booked because of that. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Great view! Love the room...it's not large, but it doesn't need to be. The staff was very friendly and made everything a pleasure. Highly recommend and will stay here again. Edited to add: what a great stay! The neighborhood is a treat to walk. Be sure to stop in Baked in Brooklyn and then visit the Quaker Parrots at Green-Wood Cemetery, just a few blocks from the hotel. I grew up in the South Slope (16th and 5th) and had never really explored Greenwood Heights. I am quite glad I did!"

"The hotel’s location is convenient — just a five-minute walk from the subway, with excellent connections to Lower Manhattan. The bathroom is new and nicely renovated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The room itself is quite small, and despite what the hotel’s name suggests, there is absolutely no view of the Statue of Liberty. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. Breakfast was mostly inedible — the coffee was awful, and the food selection was limited to pancakes, bagels, toast, and croissants, all served only with butter and no other spreads. Overall, I wouldn’t give this hotel three stars. I do hope they improve the breakfast offering, as that would be relatively easy to fix."
