"The location is great since you're right next to a shopping plaza, easy access to NYC by bus and one of the busiest highways in the area. The hotel is old, but clean. Based on my experience, it is more for families. Breakfast is the typical continental option. Plenty of parking. The staff at the front desk never acknowledged us, checking-in felt like they were doing us a favor. We really didn't care cause it wasn't our priority while location was. I'd recommend it for those interested in spending time in the city and not worry about transportation. Several stores near by if you want to shop or grab food."

"New spot to stay when visiting jersey and New York. In the cut right off highway. Good bang for Buck. Perfect location near every exit 20 mins from Times Square. Nice pool. Clean and staff was so friendly. Guest service, breakfast staff, night attendees . Nice for a 3star. We are satisfied will be staying again"

"I stayed at this property recently. The stay itself was acceptable, but the post-stay customer service was astonishingly poor, to the point that it overshadowed the entire visit. All I needed was a simple itemized receipt. What should have taken a few minutes turned into nearly a full week of repeated phone calls, messages, and complete frustration. Here is exactly what happened: I called the hotel three separate times after checkout and was told each time that the receipt would be “sent right away.” Nothing was ever sent. Out of desperation, I even contacted the hotel’s headquarters once, hoping someone would take responsibility. I also sent multiple messages through Booking.com, but both the hotel and Booking.com stopped responding entirely for days. When Booking.com reached out to the property, the hotel claimed they had “already sent” the receipt — but the only thing they provided was a screenshot of the email input screen, which clearly shows that no email had been sent at all. At one point, the hotel told me that their system was down, yet days passed with no follow-up, no alternative solution, and still no receipt. After almost a week of dealing with this, the issue was finally escalated to the Assistant General Manager, and only then did I receive the receipt. By that point, the experience was already completely unacceptable. It is hard to trust a hotel where: I am told multiple times that something was sent when it clearly was not, I must call the hotel three times and even contact headquarters just to get a basic document, Explanations like “the system is down” are given with no follow-up, and Communication abruptly stops despite repeated attempts on my side. The room itself was fine, but the level of customer service I experienced after checkout was by far the worst I have ever encountered at any hotel in the U.S. A simple receipt should not require a week of effort from the guest."

"This was an excellent option & I was pleasantly happy with my choice to book. I followed my NFL team to Jersey to attended a game at MetLife stadium. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were nice & helpful. They have a Red Robin attached to the hotel and it was very convenient. Is it Vegas or a beach resort, no. I slept well, offered breakfast (sadly missed it), and I felt safe. I’d recommend if you’re in the area for a game."

"We enjoyed our stay! The staff is very nice, and helpful! Thank you to all who took care of us, from the front desk who answered all of our questions, the cleaning crew, breakfast attendants & especially the maintenance guys who stayed to keep the pool open so my son could swim for a little while after a long day of traveling! The rooms are comfortable and clean! The hotel’s location is convenient to everything! We had a great time!"
