"Based on reviews I was a little hesitant going in. However our stay was pretty great honestly. We did not see any bugs the room was clean didn’t smell like smoke and housekeeping came in daily. It was super affordable for NYC and the parking was super convenient. Check in was super easy. TV was bigger than expected. Only suggestion if staying here is bring your own blanket because the one provided is pretty thin. Super close to the D train and lots of options for food. 10/10 would definitely stay again."

"The rooms were okay, definitely not the cleanest though. Our pillows were all dirty and stained and our towels smelled of mildew. The bottom of the tub looked dirty so i didnt try showering. The fridge had stains and so did the curtains (also lots of dust). Thankfully the sheets seemed clean. The cleaning staff was hard to deal with however. Screaming and blasting music at 7A.M. It woke all of us up. They should try to be more mindful of guests, especially at such an early hour."

"Budget shouldn’t mean dirty but in this case it does. Just look at the previous reviews and you will know what this hotel is all about. Dirty, out of date, loud noises and music. The train is nearby so there’s a positive. It’s pretty clear this is a hotel used for purposes other than rest. There is a Holiday Inn across the street. Go there."

"****AVOID AT ALL COSTS**** Well if you like cockroaches it’s a cool place (3 had a group meeting next to my bed). I hope you don’t want to eat in your room because there’s no where to put anything down. Anywhere. There is one table 85% covered with a 32 year old microwave. Nothing else. No dresser. No nightstand. Nothing. House cleaning left poop on the toilet seat. There’s no hand soap in the bathroom. Truly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, avoid at all costs. Across the street there’s a nice Holiday Inn, go there instead. Walls are paper thin, so a crying baby down the hall and a frisky couple somewhere close by made sure to fill my room with all their sounds. I had no time to get another hotel before my concert started so I (kinda) had to stay here and man oh man I really didn’t want to."
