"Nevermind the poor reviews, they all ignore the most important variable: the cheap price. Sunday through Thursday prices are unbeatable for this attention to detail in a cheap hotels: 2 hours for $40 3 hours for $60 4 hours for $80 Listen, the rooms are CLEAN. You can request a BALCONY, there are multiple BALCONY rooms which are a plus. They have SOAP, RAZORS, CLEAN TOWELS AND RAGS for guests. Safe and simple. No room service but if you set yourself up right AT THE NEARBY TARGET, you should be great. I've frequented alot of budget hotels in the city and I must tell you, I was overwhelmed by the class and convenience of this place. My only complaint, if there were one, would be the Queen-sized bed because i am 6'7. Overall, great experience."

"Rooms were good. Enjoyed the open Balcony. The only thing that annoyed me was the constant smoking of cannabis in the rooms that filtered into mine. More sticker policies must be put in place as your listing show “no smoking hotel”"

"Honestly, I was a extremely skeptical on the reviews, but ultimately was stunned when me and my partner planned a 2 night stay at this specific location... only to find out how nice it was. Decent size, a personal bathroom, enough space for all of our clothes, drinks, and amenities, a really nice TV, as well as a well-made bed. Our room even had a balcony ✨ There were a few bumps along the way though, like how the fabrics of the bed tended to pick up dirt like CRAZY, the bathroom didn't have any floor mats, so we did have to get the floor wet, not to mention the walls were a bit thin, with our room having a door that went to the next room over. No issues with overall outside noise though, although we did stay on the 6th floor. On the second night somehow our room key stopped working randomly, but front desk was able to solve the issue no problem, it was most likely a common issue. Staff was pretty cool for that! This was my first time staying in NYC for a bit, and to be honest, i couldn't have asked for more of a comfortable stay, especially for that price! 👍 Thanks for making the stay comfortable, affordable, and well worth it! ✨"

"Never go to this hotel! It was so disgusting stains all over the bed, condom wrappers on the floor, and mold. When bought to their attention they switched us to another room that wasn't any better than the first we were shown. When asked for a refund they said to go through expedia. Then they do not answer expedia 3 separate times, when confronted about it they said they never received anything from expedia. We werent even there for a full hour and they are keeping our almost $600."

"1 out of 5 stars (if I could leave 0 I definitely would) The moment I walked into this hotel room, I was absolutely disgusted. The bed was covered in pubes and dust balls, the walls had staples, lipstick stains, and random smudges everywhere. The floor had cracks running through it, and the curtains were literally falling off the rod. The shower was yellow and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages — it honestly looked like dried pee stains. The toilet clogged on the very first flush. On top of that, the smell was unbearable — a mix of stale cigarettes and weed lingering in the hallway and the room itself. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the TV worked, and I could watch The Flintstones while trying not to think about how dirty everything else was. I rarely leave reviews, but this place was so bad that I felt obligated to warn others. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone unless serious renovations and cleaning are done."
