"My wife and I stayed here for four days to celebrate my birthday, and we loved everything about this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, the guest service through text was super convenient, the room was spotless, and the rooftop lounge was amazing. They even let us store our luggage after checkout since our flight wasn’t until later. Truly a great experience."

"Cool hotel with nice and friendly staff. The room was always pretty clean. The area is quite calm (as calm as the center of NYC can be), super close to the Grand Central Station. There is a small gym and a laundry room. Filtered water on each floor. The top floor has a lobby/coffee place which comes handy if you want to make a call or meet someone real quick. The room had everything I needed, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with a shower, a small fridge and even a microwave."

"The hotel is really nice and located in the heart of the city. On the third floor there’s a laundry room, and on the top floor there’s a cozy spot where you can enjoy tea or coffee while looking out over New York. The rooms are cleaned all the time, so everything feels fresh and comfortable. Honestly, it’s a really nice place to stay"

"We had an absolutely pleasant stay at Hotel Boutique Grand Central. The location near Grand Central Station is ideal and made it easy for us to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable, clean and anything else needed was available directly on demand. What we appreciated most besides the room and the terrace was the service. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and we’d especially like to thank Elias, Marc Anthony, Manny, and Janet, who made us feel very welcome during our stay - this is dedication & kindness! Overall, it was a great experience and we would be very happy to come back."

"My stay in New York was nothing short of excellent. The staff were among the most courteous and genuinely helpful people I’ve ever encountered at a front desk — their hospitality really stood out. The room was spotless, and the view from my window felt like I had booked a suite. The real highlight, though, was the top-floor terrace lounge — absolutely stunning. We even ended up canceling our WeWork plans and started working from there instead. I hosted a couple of client meetings in that space, and it worked out perfectly. Evenings were memorable with fantastic dinners, and the coffee kept me energized throughout my stay. The terrace view at night was breathtaking and made the experience even more special. Overall, this is the perfect business-class hotel. I also noticed quite a few Italian tourists enjoying their time here, which added to the lively vibe. Truly a remarkable stay — thank you for making it so memorable!"
