"When I arrived at the hotel and found the check-in worker behind bullet-proof glass, that should have been a clue. The hallways have no carpet so footsteps and noise in general is bad and goes on all night. As I had an early flight I put in my earplugs that I travel with for such occasions and fell asleep for half an hour, until a maid cleaning the room next door had her cart out side my door with her cellphone blasting music….at 11:15pm! I had a sleepless night. Skip this place."

"It’s nice for a short stay. I stayed for one night, and my only problem was the pressure of the water. I barely could shower. It could be a little noisy too.. but overall all is ok. The surrounding are not that bad like the other reviews lol"

"Hell to the no, would I ever say here. Me and my fiancé decided to try a new hotel in Brooklyn, this hotel just screams a hotel just for homeless the walls are scraped, when we got into the room Let’s start with the bathroom: No hot water Shower head has mold Gives us only one toilet paper roll, that has already been used Next to the bedroom: The lovely WiFi doesn’t work, when my fiance goes down we’ll be right up to fix it never came! The bed sheets were stained with brown and red spots Next to the hallway: At all times, 2am, 6am, even 8am there are people shouting, cursing at each other that you can literally hear them from down the hall but they have “security” downstairs by the front desk ? What to only protect the front desk but not the people who pay 100+ to stay at your hotel. Never again, am me or my fiancé ever coming back to this digusting hotel, I wanted to leave so bad on the same night but knew I would not get my money back. Never again!"

"I spent a few days here in July, and the time spent in the hotel was great. There was very minimal noise during the night, other than the other guests coming in and out the rooms. The rooms were spotless. Im not sure what the other reviews were talking about, each time we left and came back the bathroom was spotless, as well the room. The refrigerator kept everything crisp cold, and the AC was heaven sent. The front desk was helpful and courteous. 10/10 especially for the price of the rooms, will recommend to others!"

"Outstanding Staff, and Impeccable Cleanliness I had a wonderful experience at the hotel and would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by both the staff and the security team. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, making my stay smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel was also truly impressive. My room and all common areas were spotless and well-maintained, which made the environment feel fresh, safe, and inviting throughout my stay. Overall, the combination of friendly staff, and high standards of cleanliness made this stay outstanding. Highly recommended!"
