"Reserve at your own risk. Despite advertising non-smoking rooms, the non-smoking room I was assigned on the 6th floor reeked of pot along with whole hotel in general. I could hear every word of the couple having sex in the room above me. They ONLY had male enhancement pills in the main floor vending machine.( see pic) This is the type of place Hotel 365 is-reserve at your own risk. Despite leaving within an hour of checking in they refused a refund. Zero stars for poor service and false advertisement."

"I walk in to the hotel to check in. The whole front door is shattered and held together by duct tape. There are chicken nuggets on the floor with bbq sauce on them in the lobby. My friend arrives 3hrs later to see the nuggets still on the floor. The shower door handle came off in my hand when i went to use the shower. The sink is highpowered and will shoot water at you if you turn it on too fast. Funny enough they put up signs saying that the water was turned off the last night due to construction on a next door building. The whole building smelled like weed except for our rooms wildy enough. Seems like they were selling nightly rooms to individuals who would walk off the street doing who knows what. Our key cards would only work for 24 hrs at a time and had to be renewed every time we came back to the hotel. This is the time when interesting patrons would be asking for nightly rooms rates followed by the question smoking or non smoking by the desk worker. The only thing in the vending machine down stairs was a single male performance pill. Lastly the tvs just had roku so you had to long into one of your own streaming services to watch anything. Not the worst but i was not putting my info in there. There was also no house cleaning. Never got new towels or made bed on our 4 night stay. The location was the only redeemable thing about this hotel right next to 2 subways Its incredibly hard to they have 7 out of 10 stars in expedia. I hope this will warn some people."

"This place is absolutely not a hotel — it’s a rundown motel. The parking lot is filthy, and the signs saying they’re not responsible if your car gets damaged or robbed are a huge warning sign. It immediately makes you feel unsafe. The room is tiny, and it honestly feels like this place is used for hour-long meetups, parties, or who knows what else. If you want a safe, peaceful, comfortable night, do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely. It’s not worth it."

"I stayed here for one night. The room itself was actually clean and fairly tidy, and at first everything seemed fine. Unfortunately, the entire experience was ruined by the noise and the smell in the hotel. Several guests were playing loud music in the hallway until around 3 AM with their doors open, making it impossible to get any rest. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the corridor, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Even though the room was okay, the overall environment was not. I wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone who needs a quiet, safe, and comfortable place to sleep."

"This place is on the low end of basically everything. They are running it for max profit and nothing else. Sheets and stuff were clean but everything else is a bit rough around the edges. The AC is about to take a dump and could barely keep the room under 74 degrees even when on all day. There are much better places to stay. Would only recommend this place in a pinch for a Yankees game. Close to the park and the subway is really the only positive thing. Even small details like the closest outlet to the bed being on a switch so if the lights are off you can't even charge your phone at night..."
