"Clean room, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Just keep in mind your whole room has to go to breakfast at same time. Walking distance to train station with 4 train being closest. In the middle of lots of stores and food places. Urban environment great if like the feel of the inner city. Would definitely stay again ."

"We were so lucky to stay here: Large room, clean and with all the amenities we Need. Everyday the staff clean the room and provide a full breakfast. The area maybe It not the best, but we also enjoy tonstay out of the lights of Manhattan, and enjoy the real Bronx. Last but not least 4 Min from the station line D and 4 Min from the joker stairs !!!!"

"My experience with the highbridge hotel was excellent in the past . Until yesterday visit unfortunately it was not very pleasant. The highbridge hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. But however during this visit things has changed. I have stayed in this hotel numerous times. The staff is also very nice. But however during this visit i stayed in room 118. It was uncomfortable do to the room having fruit flies. The damn fruit flies didn't let me enjoy my sleep. To the point I walked out and slept in my car. Someone from the hotel needs to please take care of the issue with the fruit flies. Before it becomes a infestation. This is one of the best hotels in the bronx."

"We thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Highbridge Hotel in the Bronx. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to be welcoming, kind, and attentive, which really set the tone for a pleasant visit. Their friendliness and helpfulness made a big difference throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, and the value for money is excellent. Overall, it was a comfortable and positive experience, and I would be happy to return."

"We stayed 3 nights in a room for 4 people. The room smelt lovely and was very clean on arrival. It was cleaned everyday by the maid who was very professionnal and accomodating. Reception desk staff was great and breakfast staff also. The hotel has a roof top with a view on the traditional buildings ( outside staircase) and is close to the Yankee Stadium and 167th metro station. The surrounding area is ok but do not let your guard down, there are a few shady people hanging around the barber shops and the metro station. All in all, I recommend this hôtel."
