"If I could give this place a zero I would.. I had to cancel reservations due to medical didn't offer any accommodations or refund or credit nasty staff. I See why this Motel has bad reviews."

"I travel all the time for work. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. For 2 weeks in a row they give me the wrong code for my door. First time I was able to get in within 10 minutes. Second time I was stuck in the hallway for an hour. The entire hotel smells like a mixture of weed and cigarettes. For the cherry on top there is no staff to help with any concerns. Instead, you have to call an outsourced call center that has the freedom to hang up on you. Overall just a poorly run establishment that couldn’t care less about their customers."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. It’s a complete scam. The access code they gave me let me in the building but not the room. I waited outside the room door for over 30 minutes with 2 small children trying to get in contact with the customer service number and never got an answer. The next day when i finally spoke to someone they told me to go back to the property but at that time I was already in a new hotel. I want a full refund. This property claim to be smoke free but it’s not."

"If I could give it zero stars, I would. The room was dirty and filthy. It had not been dusted and the picture shown is an AI enhanced photo. The location isn’t terrible, but I should have read the reviews FIRST. The pictures of the towers aren’t related to Global and there was only a dirty microwave in the so called kitchenette. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I’m going to dispute the charge with my bank."

"What an absolute nightmare!!! Please choose another place to rent!!! This place is out of control. The first night, there were homeless people in the lobby. The lobby smelled so bad. I did not feel safe!!! They didn't rush to fix the problem. That only happened after 3 phone calls. The second night, the noise was just ridiculous and unbearable!! There was a party of over 30 kids in a room. The party spilled out into the hallway at 01:50am until 05:00am. I called many times. Still no one has responded until this day, 2 days later. I tried to cancel this room two weeks ago because I had a bad feeling. They were very adamant about no refunds. Now I see why. The hotel is just terrible!! The time is 01:14am and there has been a child screaming in the room since 11:30pm. The second night of being awakened out of my sleep. I can't go back to sleep now. I am due to leave at 04:00am. I didn't check the reviews until now. As far as their refund policy, even when I clearly show this place to be unsafe and awful experience, they fought tooth and nail not to return some of my money. Which I will say, look at the reviews and believe them!!! This trip to New York was certainly what I didn't expect. If most of the hotels are like this, I would never visit again.
