"THERES DEFINITELY BEDBUGS HERE! When brought to the front desk’s attention, they argued with me saying that it was not. Had me take the janitor back up to the room to show him where he proceeded to yell at me in Chinese that it was not bedbugs when it clearly is. The first time I’ve ever not stayed on Time Square. Definitely will not be back again."

"DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE. The front desk people are nice but the room itself is filthy. rooms have broken charging plugs, stinks of pee, poop, stains everywhere, and don’t even get me started on the shower. The curtain is dirty, no labels of what’s body wash and shampoo, and the towels are tinted brown with stains on them already. The whole bathroom is horrible. The only okay part is the bed, just a normal bed. Also, the toilet sucks too, it almost gets clogged with only toilet paper in it so not the best place to poop."

"The hotel was quiet which we appreciated but the parking was terrible and cramped in the back of the building which u have to drive around and find this tiny driveway to park in a squeezed in spot. There's about 5 spots smfh. The breakfast looked like a homeless man breakfast. We had to go to Dennys to eat a decent breakfast. The room was outdated but clean. They also came into our room without permission which we did not like at all. I doubt we'll ever come back."

"Affordable, convenient, safe are words I would use to describe this hotel. I would stay here anytime I come to NY to visit. It’s in such a convenient location in Flushing. I was able to walk almost everywhere and rarely had to even utilize the bus or train. The rooms were clean, service was excellent and we were even allowed to check in earlier than anticipated once the manager/front desk attendant realized we would be carrying around our luggage for hours since our flight landed early. I wish I could have stayed longer but I will definitely be back to this hotel. My husband and I both rate it 5/5 stars. Also, they have sodas and water for purchase which I found to be cheaper than deli prices- just an added bonus."

"Very bad experience staying in this hotel. We were extremely tired after 16 h flight from Europe, and all we needed is stay, sleep and bathroom. The bathroom was locked! The person on a front desk didn't have a key. We were back and forth from 5th floor to 1st go to the restroom. In a morning the housekeeping couldn't open the door)), it was stuck,and my husband helped her open the door using their screwdriver. Not recommend this hotel to anyone. 👎👎👎"
