"“There were no cups in the room” Took us about 53 seconds to ride the elevator down, grab cups, and get back to our room. Leaving a low rating for THAT is silly, yeah? Let’s not be completely helpless babes. “They didn’t clean our room everyday.” Okay? How messy are you? As long as you aren’t wiping with the blankets, it shouldn’t have to be cleaned every single day. The only legitimate downside to this place is parking but we found a spot immediately that was less than half a mile away. Park on literally any of the side streets and walk. Again, don’t be completely helpless."

"Very clean and well kept. Would stay again. Rooms are on the small side but manageable. No closets, which is fine, but if there is no closet then hooks needed in bathroom and room. Excellent free breakfast, could use larger coffee urns as it ran out. Parking is on street only. Easy access to bus service immediately in front of hotel."

"This hotel is completely disgusting!! Rooms are dirty. Hair from previous people was everywhere. The floors, shower walls, conditioner pumps. EVERYWHERE!!! I had to clean the toilet seat and the room chair soon as I got there. No iron or ironing board when I requested one. The walls are paper thin. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. There is no parking lot. Next time I come to Staten Island I will definitely be staying at a nicer hotel in either Manhattan or New Jersey. I'm willing to pay the extra money to have a clean room and hotel.Get a better cleaning service."

"The hotel is fairly new and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathtub was clean and when I showered there was plenty of hot water. The staff at the front desk were helpful and nice. The only reason I give this a four star is the beverage machine in the lobby was not stocked well and was not working well. Everything was so cold that all the bottles in there were frozen solid. It was just too cold. Need to get down early for the free breakfast, because once something hot is gone, that's it. Otherwise, everything was fine."

"This hotel is very nice. The room was clean and received plenty of towels, and soap. There is a microwave, refrigerator and television on the room. The breakfast could be better, but while they are open for three hours for breakfast, some juices and main meals go very quickly, and once they are gone are not replaced after a certain period of time. The hotel does not clean the rooms every day unless you ask for that service. The room was nice and quiet, but you could hear some noise from the hallway. The staff was very nice and accommodating. A nice place to stay."
