"While there are some good things, the hotel failed to do the one thing I needed- give me a good nights sleep. The room was far too hot and the bed too small. A double bed with an iron footboard. My husband’s feet extended several inches through the bars of the footboard and even my feet touched it. (I’m 5’4”). The time as very basic with none of the flair shown in photos. And SUPER expensive on a Saturday night in December. Pros- very nice front desk staff and cute hang out area downstairs."

"Had a great time in this hotel! Staff was wonderful. Bed and pillows were comfy, hot water and wifi worked just fine. There's no breakfast included, but kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea, etc and there's a microwave i believe you can use. They offer a luggage storage service, which is great for before/after your stay. And there's someone at reception at all times i think. There' tons of great places to grab a bite nearby, and the subway station is right on the corner. No elevator, just fyi."

"Cute lowkey vibe that’s walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. Staff were so wonderful and nice. Very helpful! There was always a smiling face behind the desk. Checking in and out was seamless. Rooms are adorable and super clean! Overall, the perfect stay. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay somewhere in a more chill area."

"We just got back from a 4 day trip to NY. Location was perfect, neighborhood was safe and nice and the subway was real easy to get to. The hotel itself was clean, staff was extremely nice and excellent, and I really have zero issues other than being put on the 5th floor with no elevator. I felt the burn in the legs by the 4th floor. I am glad I cancelled my hotel near Times Square to get this little gem."

"Amazing service for a low key and cute bnb! The staff are extremely cordial and attentive to guest needs. There's nothing extra special that shouldn't be standard in any hotel; the hotel delivers what it promises and doesn't demand more for it. It's centrally located in Chelsea just minutes walk from Chelsea Market and other great shops, restaurants, etc. Definitely a great place of anyone looking to explore NYC. The bag storage service comes in clutch for anyone looking to get around the city without having to worry about one's luggage before or after check-in/out. Thanks again Chelsea Pines!"
