"What a place! How do they manage to do this as a hotel? It doesn't smell good. Don't even ask about noise. The bedroom is not even clean. The bed sheet smells horrible. I could go on, but I don't want to waste my time."

"Initially, I was not going to leave a bad review. It's a CHEAP hotel in NYC, so you go in expecting cheap hotel and it is what it is. The rooms are dirty, but you expect that. It's sketchy inside, but you expect that. None of these things were the issues I had.. because while dirty, there were no bugs, so that was my biggest concern with cleanliness. The room was clean enough to sleep comfortably. The girl at the front desk who checked us in was very kind. My issues and reasoning for the 1 star review were that... I reached out over a week before check in saying that I needed a handicap accessible room. Had response from the hotel saying that was absolutely no issue, I would be put on the first floor.. upon arrival, we were put on the 2nd floor, so I had to climb up and down a flight of stairs every time we left/came back during our 3 night stay, while I'm in a walking boot and supposed to be on crutches. Even after being assured that I would have a first floor room. My second issue was with the parking situation. While I was grateful that it existed, there were 2 handicap parking spots.. each night, they were taken by vehicles that did not have a handicap placard for their vehicle, so I was unable to use them at any point. The next issue was with the room key, every single time we came back to our room, our key didn't work.. leaving us locked out of our room with no access to all of our belongings. Those were my biggest concerns. The rest is everything everyone else has said... It's dirty, there's writing all over the walls, you know they don't clean anything.. the mini fridge had stuff in it, the floor is sticky, it's definitely a sex work place, very run down.. all the things you'd expect from cheap hotel.. which again, I probably would have left at least 3 stars, had it not been for the rest of the stuff."

"This place is a dump. I was bamboozled and paid over $300 including taxes and fees upon reservation. Traveled here for my mom’s birthday and this was the ONLY hotel that had availability within the vicinity of where we were gathering. As soon as you walk in to the “lobby” you are welcomed with the aroma of weed. No elevator. Walk up to the 2nd floor and guess what it smells like—straight weed. The toilet is big enough for a toddler—it sits so low to the floor. Do not recommend. Zero stars!!"

"YANKESS FANS BEWARE Context - traveled from out of state, on a budget, to see a Yankees game (1.1 mile away), and they had on-site parking (yay!). The room cost $130 for 1 night. We got exactly what we paid for. This place is DISGUSTING. This hotel felt dirty and neglected, and the area around it felt unsafe. The sheets were stained, there was no dead-bolt on the door, there was a sliding window that wasn't locked when we arrived (fortunately we noticed that it even opened - most hotels don't have windows you can open), the whole place smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. This hotel is right beside a police department, so there were sirens all night, and the walls seem paper-thin so you can hear people in the hallway at all hours of the night. A local told us we were lucky we weren't murdered staying in this area of the Bronx. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I care about. [Stayed in room 222]"

"Hold up. What do you mean for 2 hours it's 50$ but for 3 hours it's 60? The math isn't matching up! And there was a literal blood stain in the bathroom! Disgusting and filthy! The bed sheets had holes in it! Are you kidding me? Talk about clean daily cause they definitely don't. A hole in the wall that smelled like urine. Mold in the corner of my room? Hell no. Bed headboard? Dirty. The walls have stains on it to. And the door has no lock! I didn't feel safe that night! It's like asking for a death wish while sleeping! 10/10 would NOT recommend it was filthy and disgusting, and the worker attitude? They can keep their dirty rooms to their selfs cause I am never coming back."
