"I had such a wonderful stay here and truly can’t say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the service was exceptional. I wasn’t feeling well and the front desk immediately noticed—within minutes, they sent a tea kettle up to my room without me even asking. Throughout my stay, they were quick to deliver anything I needed, whether it was an iron, a steamer, or just an extra comfort. I was also upgraded to a balcony view room, which was such a nice surprise. The room itself was spotless—no dust, everything tidy, and the entire hotel has a gorgeous, modern aesthetic. It’s also incredibly quiet, which made it easy to get good sleep, especially since I was in town for a wedding and coming back late at night. The on-site restaurant is amazing. The pizza and food in general were incredible, and the happy hour wine is such a perk—guests even get a free glass. There’s also complimentary coffee available almost all day, which I loved. Even when the café was closed late at night, they still went out of their way to make me a hot tea after the wedding events. Overall, the service, comfort, and little thoughtful touches made my stay unforgettable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, and genuinely welcoming hotel experience."

"Best view of the city. Best commute. Nicest staff. Decent iced lattes right in lobby. I have zero notes. David is a top tier employee and an even higher tier human being. The kindness they showed my wife and dog can’t be put into words. David is the only person I’ve ever emailed corporate about in a positive manner."

"We had a wonderful time here. The hotel and decor is gorgeous, room and hotel was very clean. The on-site restaurant is delicious, and the rooftop bar was amazing for a night cap and view of manhattan. Easy walk to public transport, you can get to Manhattan in around 15-20 minutes."

"Beautiful hotel! My absolute favorite in Long Island city with gorgeous rooms! Your security deposit is refunded to your account within minutes of checking out , which is amazing. The staff is so accommodating offering robes, slippers, even makeup mirrors upon request! They even have a “wine hour “ , which entitles a free glass of wine for both you and your travel partner, with the option between red or white wine, between 6-7pm I believe , which is such a nice gesture! Highly recommend!"

"We ended up at the Boro Hotel unexpectedly after our JetBlue flight was canceled, and I’m so grateful we did! We arrived at 4:00 AM exhausted, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel has a beautiful industrial design aesthetic, and one of the things I appreciated most was the absence of carpets in the room—it made the space feel exceptionally clean and fresh. While the room could benefit from a larger bench for suitcases or a comfy chair/sofa, this is a minor suggestion and certainly doesn’t take away from the five-star experience. The restaurant downstairs is also excellent—delicious food and great ambiance. I highly recommend it. Overall, a wonderful and memorable stay. I’d gladly return to the Boro Hotel, planned or unplanned!"
