"Loved this hotel Staff were so friendly and helpful. Basically next door the subway. Room cleaned daily with water and coffees replenished daily too. Roof top bar was closed for a private function but we had a look and it was beautiful. Great location. Very quiet. Bed so so so comfy!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Artezen Hotel. My room was surprisingly spacious for New York standards in this price range, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. The heating and cooling were easy to adjust, and I loved the personal touch of having a tablet set up with my name. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. The location is absolutely perfect for Lower Manhattan: just steps from the 9/11 Memorial, close to the peaceful green spaces around Trinity Church and St. Paul’s Chapel, and surrounded by great grab-and-go food options. Whole Foods is within walking distance, and you’re also very close to the ferries to Liberty and Ellis Island. With the subway right around the corner, getting anywhere in the city is effortless. My room on the 14th floor faced the back and was wonderfully quiet — a real gift in NYC. I also really appreciated the welcoming snacks, and the daily replenishment of water, tea, and coffee. For a solo traveler visiting New York for the first time, this hotel was ideal. I’d happily stay here again. Picture: view from my hotel room"

"Excellent hotel! I had relatives staying there recently and had the best time ever. The personnel were very courteous, rooms immaculate and excellent service! You won’t regret staying here, you will feel it like a second home. Truly one of the top three hotels in Manhattan well deserved, without a doubt. The Hide rooftop is definitely second to none!"

"I cannot find fault for this stay at all! We were on a 2 week North America trip and stayed in a total of 5 hotels - this one was the last hotel and boy did we save the best til last! Everything about this hotel was perfect. The bed was superb, the room was cosy (not too small which is what I was expecting for NYC), the staff were fantastic and the location was brilliant. Close to Fulton St subway with connections to lots of lines to get you to Uptown or Brooklyn quickly. It is much quieter location compared to uptown and we slept great - perfect for those long days exploring the city. Bottled water, coffee capsules and maid service was provided each day to an exceptional standard (don't forget to tip your maid, these places wouldn't function without them!) Luggage storage offered up to midnight on day of departure. Gym available. Honestly cant find anything bad to say about this hotel. Pay the money, you wont regret it :)"

"My boyfriend and I were in town for the New York Marathon and searched for a while to find a hotel that would work for us and were very happy with our booking at The Artezen. So much so that we checked out two weeks ago and I'm coming back now to write about our positive experience. The staff was always positive and helpful. My boyfriend and I love to walk and take the subway and the Fulton station is super close with a lot of food options within close walking distance. If you did want to order a car or uber, this street is not too busy during the day and night so it's easy to do so. The room itself was not massive, but good size for New York with a big shower and bathroom area and space for us to spread out. Bed was super comfy and the wonderful thing is that it was relatively quiet even while being on the street side which was important for my boyfriend running the marathon. Even with a rooftop bar, we didn't notice the noise. I used the gym twice during my stay and it was clean and great both times with a separate little yoga room for quiet and privacy if someone else is using the machines. The elevators are key card activated and there is a staff member sitting at the door in the lobby so we felt super safe the whole time. We didn't notice any of the hidden fees or anything like that which you see in other hotel reviews. Overall, we would certainly book here again when coming to New York."
