"We paid a ridiculous amount of money ($1000) a night for this property. To be fair prices all over NYC the week we stayed were ridiculous. However we would have likely been more comfortable in a Motel 6. Heater in the room didn’t work the first night. Shower water never got past lukewarm. Front desk advised they had known of the problem but thought it was fixed? This was made worse by the drafty window in the bathroom. You get the picture. Frigid temperatures outside and no heater in room any only warm water to shower with that adds up to an abysmal experience at any price. Oh and good luck using the only amenity in the room. The safe is located on the floor in a corner cabinet. You would literally have to lay on your stomach to use it."

"I got charged $1045 for two days for a superior room. My room is smaller than a queen room where I supposed to get a bigger room and I supposed to have a view on the street. Anyways the receptionist was very rude with her manager as well. I suggested before you book to call and check because they will try to trick you differently either with money or with what you deserve but you don't get it. Thanks Google."

"I stayed here November 22-23, 2025. The hotel facade is super cute and I was excited about the booking. I booked this hotel based on price and location. It is one of the lower priced options within close proximity to Times Square, Central Park, etc. The room had a really strong odor that was hard to deal with. I think it was overly floral cleaning products. Something to keep in mind if you have allergies. The main issue I had with the room is that I found a mouse in the room the morning that I woke up. I called the front desk and they sent someone quickly - he came with a stick, I guess to kill the mouse for me? I'm not sure what the alternative would have been, but his stick was unsuccessful and I just checked out. The hotel did offer a small monetary compensation and the option for free late check out - which I just wanted to get out so I did not take the free late check out. The staff was friendly, but I don't think they did enough. They should have comped the room entirely."

"Customer service was brilliant at the hotel, there was nothing that was too much for them to help us with. Rooms and beds were very comfortable, they were very thoughtful in providing complimentary early morning snacks for marathon runners on marathon day. The location was great, very easy to get everywhere by foot or by subway."

"The location is absolutely perfect. Accessible to everything especially the subway system. The staff was very friendly and could not have been more helpful. A special excellent acknowledgment to Samira the young lady at the hotel bar... Friendly gracious helpful and very charming. The hotel is very lucky to have her there"
