"Not sure how this hotel can have a bad review. Rooms are big, quiet, warm and clean. The location can not be more perfect, facing the brookling Bridge, with restaurants, bars, underground and walking distance from things.... But the best thing this lovely hotel has its the people that works in it. Ray, Junior, Chris... They are friendly, helpful, make great margaritas, top 10 breakfast and they will help you to find everything you might need for your trip, even the purse that was never lost. They have Molton Brown! Can it get posher? You know the quality of a hotel for their shampoo brand. In general, if and when I comeback to NY, I will come back to see you guys. Thank you :)"

"This hotel is wonderful!! From the super warm and friendly staff to the beautiful rooms and amazing views, this hotel has everything you want! We were able to upgrade to the suite with the terrace view of the Brooklyn bridge. What a gorgeous view! The room was comfortable and luxurious!! We were in walking distance to Chinatown and the Seaport area! So many restaurants, bars and activities around us. We can’t wait to come back!!"

"Had a lovely stay at hotel 33! The beautiful hotel provided a great place to call home while in NYC for a work trip. The room had all the amenities, exceptional hair dryer and a rain shower. Very luxurious! What really set this stay apart for me was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, gave great recommendations, and were so smiley 😊 I’ve never explored the Seaport area but there were plenty of good restaurants and markets nearby for food. Some restaurants nearby even had live music and trivia. The Brooklyn bridge is a stone’s throw away from the hotel and a great place to snap a photo. I’m sorry to have missed the hotels happy hour and breakfast service as both sounded like fun options. Definitely recommend taking advantage of those opportunities if you book a stay here. Definitely will be back for a future trip. Thank you 33 hotel."

"my son and i stayed at 33 over his fall break. we really enjoyed • The Staff – from the doorman to the front desk and the bar to the cleaning staff everyone was cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. • The Room – it was nice to have some room to stretch in the City. that’s unusual. the volume of the room and the design was really cool. • The Location – being on the water near the Brooklyn Bridge was terrific. We took advantage of the ferries, walked the Bridge and found the subway station w no issues. • The Food – the food was solid. We really enjoyed sitting in the restaurant with some apps & drinks after a big walking adventure with all of the natural light and breeze off the water The manager, Kyle, has built a great culture. It's a rare thing to find such a solid team invested in their work and a terrific customer experience."

"We had a civil ceremony near the city clerk's office a year ago and we stayed here for about a week. Tommy is an absolute gem of this hotel. He's the kindest and the most professional person you'll meet. He made our stay pleasant and we were keep talking about him even a year later lol. The other staffs were so kind and welcoming every time we're in and out of hotel! We appreciate the kindness. The hotel was the perfect location for us if you have something to do near Lower part of Manhattan. We'd love to go back one day."
