"We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Aix-en-Provence! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the apartment. The decor is both modern and warm, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare a few meals while enjoying our time together. The location is ideal: just a short walk from the city center, we were able to explore the picturesque streets, enjoy outdoor cafes, and discover the local markets. The nearby restaurants are excellent and offer a variety of cuisines. Our host was exceptional, very responsive and attentive to our needs. He gave us excellent recommendations for activities and must-see places to visit. In short, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to discover Aix-en-Provence in comfort and conviviality. We can't wait to come back! "The apartment was very well located in the center of Aix-en-Provence and easy to book on Airbnb. However, the door handle was defective, and we were stuck inside the apartment for an hour while a repairman came to fix it. We received no apologies or goodwill from the hosts, and when we sent a message to request one, the hostess replied that it was up to us to apologize and thank them because they had come quickly to fix the handle. We sent a complaint to Airbnb with a video confirming that the handle was defective, and we were successful in obtaining a partial refund. Since then, we haven't heard from the host. Furthermore, one of our towels was stained, and when we sent the host a photo to prove it, she accused us of having stained it ourselves. Very unpleasant and dishonest people who manage housing on a chain and will not hesitate to make you feel guilty for problems coming from them."
