"This hotel was an absolute disappointment. They provide the bare minimum…no water, no kettle, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, no iron, and not even a luggage rack. All the basic amenities you’d expect from a standard hotel are missing. I’ve never stayed in a hostel before, but I imagine this is what it would feel like. If you’re going to charge these prices, the least you can do is ensure guests are comfortable. You even have to go down to reception for every little thing because there’s no in-room phone to contact the front desk."

"Nice and comfortable hotel at a great location. Rooms are reasonable size for a downtown hotel. Excellent and welcoming service. The breakfast is spectacular with delicious homemade yogurt, fresh fruit salad and eggs."

"Arrived yesterday 17 Due to heart condition room on second floor left me tired after stairs.So asked to change rooms.No problem stalls.Staff are helpful .Breakfast great.Scrambled eggs delicious. Looking forward to rest of stay"

"A three-star hotel that rivals a four-star establishment. The room is spacious and well-designed.The staff are exceptionally courteous. Taxis are a bit difficult to hail. The breakfast fruit is delicious. Conveniently located near good restaurants."

"Such a great location and for the price it’s quite a steal! Service was exceptional, they’re so helpful with recommendations and getting bags up the stairs. No elevator so pack light! Would visit agian"
