"The hotel was clean but not very cosy. Bathroom was quite small. On my arrival day I got unfriendly service at the reception from two different workers. Second morning there was another worker who was friendly... but anyway: two bad experiences was too much!"

"B&B Venelles boasts an excellent location with secure parking, a bakery, a pizzeria, several restaurants, and grocery markets all within a 2-minute walk. It’s only a 10-15 minute drive to Aix-en-Provence, with a convenient bus stop nearby. Perfect for exploring the charming villages of Provence, all within a 30 to 45 minute drive. The rooms are clean and a suitable size."

"Well-marked entrance off a main road with a good bio grocery store next door and a gym up the street as well. Large family room, clean, and with very comfortable beds. Clean bathroom, strong hot shower. Great breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, yogurts, bread, viennoiseries coffees and teas, juices etc"

"Stayed here because the ex wife of my man would talk me. The hotel is really nice and the best of this chain. Would recommend even if I had the most awful meeting of my life :) but even working people there are professional but supportive. I won't forget your help."

"If you’re planning to come to Provence in the summer, do not come to B&B of Venelles! Their advertisement say that they have air conditioning, but it doesn’t work (rooms are at 26 degrees celsius and don’t get cooler - I’ve been in more than 1 during the same stay). The hotel stays at a 15 min drive to Aix en Provence, so if you have a car, it’s good, if not, you’ll have to get public transportation. Their staff is super cool (mainly to room service and people that stays during the breakfast), although the manager of the hotel thinks the clients have to deal with their air conditioning problem. I definitely don’t recommend."
