"Frédéric, the concierge at Le Pigonnet was truly incredible! I'm a travel advisor who has booked two different client trips at Le Pigonnet and each time, Frédéric has gone above and beyond to ensure these clients were treated like royalty. He even went into town on his day off to find menus in English for some restaurants that my clients were interested in. He is the reason I will continue booking all client and personal trips at Le Pigonnet. Not to mention the property is stunning, in a great location with incredible service across the board and excellent food as well. Thank you Frédéric for all of your excellent touches, they never went unnoticed."

"This colorful, beautifully designed hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The garden area is a true delight. Most of the staff were absolutely wonderful and made the stay even more enjoyable. I stayed in two different room category, the one in the main building is very small. The shower could use a little upgrade, please addd a sliding door to keep the water inside. And please fix the sewage smell, at times it’s unbearable. Please hire more English speaking staff at the bar, ordering in English at times was painful, and so much got lost in translation."

"The garden is very nice and the location convenient. If you want to be in a hotel with a nice gathering area outside but a few minutes by foot from the center, this is it However for a 5 stars, the rooms were quite simple and small The bathroom was a désastre: the shower glass was not big enough and we ended up flooding the entire floor each time we took a shower They should have less rooms and make them more spacious, that is what we expect at this price The restaurant had decent service but again, not a 5 stars. Escargots were served cold and after mentioning it they warmed up the 2 left in my plate but then when mentioning it again to the main host, they removed it from the bill We ate well so def. check out the restaurant but don’t expect a Michelin star"

"We had a wonderful experience here! Our room wasn’t in the main hotel building but located in a small private villa, which made our stay feel even more special. It had its own semi-private pool and entrance, offering a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The garden and pool area were absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing. The food was also excellent, with a variety of delicious options each day. I would come back here any time without hesitation!"

"My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon and it was absolutely beautiful. The service was impeccable- especially by the pool given the server had to keep going back to the hotel to get our drinks. The gardens were breathtaking. As it was our honeymoon, the hotel had a bottle of champagne as a gift in our room which was a wonderful gesture. We enjoyed a before dinner drink in the lobby bar. The best part of our trip was the dinner we had at the hotel- I cannot recommend the restaurant enough! A short walk to the center of town, this was such a relaxing part of our stay."
