"Definitely recommend for a stay in Aix. Service is amazing. Perfect location. Rooms spacious clean and renovated. Spa and gym on site. Michelin star restaurant, great casual restaurant as well. But above all the staff here is incredible. They go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Special thanks to Manon and Catherine who not only made sure my partner’s birthday was perfect but helped me with conputer ussues and other recommendations. Superb service - thank you Catherine and Manon! Definitely will return."

"Great hotel. Please offer Croissants and pastry from Land & Monkeys for breakfast so we can have vegan options for Breakfast. Would be amazing! Also please introduce vegan vegetarian options on hotel menu. Walking distance to city centre. Valet parking and rooms are spacious."

"We had a delightful stay with our kiddo. Very helpful and friendly staff. Super accessible to the downtown pedestrian area. Nice pool and gym! Tricky vehicle entrance but otherwise fantastic."

"We had a great stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the pool was a highlight perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the town center, and valet parking made things very easy. The gym is quite basic, and the restaurants were not open for seating during our stay only for breakfast and dinner, although food was available at all times. Overall, a very comfortable hotel with friendly service very recommended!!"

"The hotel is in a great location you'll find excellent restaurants and shops nearby. There's also a big open market several days every week in the summer on the main drag in town. The hotel staff are great and there's a very nice pool that was renovated a few years ago. Prices for drinks and food at the hotel are ridiculously high so I recommend walking just a few minutes away. I do recommend the hotel, however."
