"Had a short stay here at the Novotel. Good easy place to find and convenient if you have a car - lots of parking available. Good value and clean rooms, helpful staff."

"We really enjoyed our room and the accommodation itself was lovely, but unfortunately our experience with the restaurant staff left us disappointed. While staying with our 18-month-old, we brought some lunch back to the hotel after being out. We sat in the garden to feed our baby, as the day before we had eaten in the restaurant and were told we couldn’t be served in that same area — so we assumed it was a common space rather than part of the restaurant. Partway through feeding, however, a staff member came over and told us we were not allowed to eat there and that the only place we could feed our child was inside our room or by ordering from the kids’ menu in the restaurant. The way this was communicated felt unnecessarily rude and confrontational, especially given the challenges of feeding a toddler. For a hotel that promotes itself as family-friendly, the lack of welcoming common spaces to feed young children is disheartening. We appreciated the comfort of the room, but the attitude of the restaurant staff and the strict policy around eating areas made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been."

"We had a great stay at the property! Well located, great amnesties, the pool is great but can be busy at times. The staff is friendly and attentive. We felt welcome and could recharge during our stay. Only thing missing is a gym well equipped."

"The hotel is well placed. 5 min car ride to the centre or a quick bus. Rooms are nice and fairly modern. Most staff friendly and pool area was just the right size. Not impressed with the fact you cannot get any food outside of the restaurant hours. We arrived after an 8hour journey at 3pm and were told we couldn’t even get sandwiches or any other food until the restaurant opened at 7pm. If you class your hotel as 4* it should really have some kind of food available all day. That’s the only thing that let it down for us as there are no shops nearby. We had to drive out to get some food"

"An Accord hotel full of malfunctions, especially in the restaurant! The room is very badly laid out and tasteless, very expensive and practically without any service for club accord customers. A hotel to be avoided!"
