"Run away! Room infested with ants and dirty. Disgusting mattress infested with bedbugs, awesome! Booked through Booking.com, which never received a refund or other compensation. We left and didn't spend the planned stay at the hotel due to the dilapidated state of the place!! A wasted vacation, but a bedbug infestation in our home was narrowly avoided. All the previous reviews are well-founded. Avoid the hotel, the staff are quite rude and not at all helpful, what's more..."

"Avoid The studio isn't part of the hotel complex, which is very good, as far as studios go, having tried both. The studio smells strongly of stale cigarettes, the bed sheets have black marks, the towels are poorly washed, the floor is dirty, not to mention the dust, the shower grout in a deplorable state, the mold, and the cockroaches. The terrace is unfinished or poorly finished, but it just looks dirty. It's shameful to rent this place for €105 a night. "It was very difficult to reach the establishment due to the wrong number! I had to go there to contact them... The establishment does not manage the apartments. The owner in question has no customer service: he is odious and dishonest...! I will never book at this establishment again! What's more, he dares to rate himself 5/5 on these reviews... Beware...!"

"This is not the first time I have been to this hotel but this time I was very disappointed. The person at the reception was not very friendly, we rather felt like we were annoying him. For the rooms, on the other hand, nothing to say, the bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious, the bathroom too, there is even a small kitchenette with a fridge if you need to cook there are all the dishes to be able to eat in the room. This hotel is well located, we will go there often when we want to go to IKEA because we live in an area where there is no such store. The breakfast is ok but always remains a little expensive I find"
