"We booked a room with them for July - the peak season, 10 months in advance, in a personal message. The owner replied that everything was fine, she didn't know the exact prices now, they might change, and promised to write to us 2 months before our arrival with the exact figures. We were very worried that they wouldn't forget, but the owner reassured us, writing that everything was fine: « Good morning Rinat I usually open 2 months in advance but if you know already your dates , I can write in my note and make a prebooking for you . Regards Florence » We wrote to her 4 months in advance, but the owner replied that her family was coming, and therefore she wouldn't rent out the apartment on our dates and she had forgotten about us altogether! It's very difficult to find suitable apartments with a pool at a normal price during the high season, everything decent has long been booked. And if we hadn't written to her, but waited, as she told us, for her to write to us herself, then our vacation would have been wasted! Plans could change, that's understandable, but how can you not warn your guests about it and just forget about them - that's completely incomprehensible. This is a terrible attitude towards your guests! We really don't recommend this place, you will be abandoned to your fate at any moment and you will be left to spend the night on the street!"

"Nested in a beautiful and peaceful Provencal landscape the Mas des Pignes offers a little slice of heaven to all South of France lovers. Just a few steps away from the city center, yet far enough to feel like you're in the countryside, this house feels like an oasis! The setting is just the first of many things I've enjoyed about my stay. The hostess: Florence is a ray of sunshine and so there for anything you need. The house itself was really well equipped and the bedding felt like sleeping on a cloud. Overall amazing stay and highly recommend for all those who want to discover Provence at its finest!"
