"Terrible bar staff (bald guy) with poor manner We were early, but you could have just kindly explained and say you would go and check with the kitchen. No one was busy at 2pm, it doesn't take a cordon bleu certificate to fix your stupid simple bar menu food (ceasar salad and club sandwich, come on!). Most importantly, you don't talk while walking away from your customer, did your mum not teach you?"

"Me and my husband ate dinner in the restaurant. The food was great !! Plated beautifuly. Warm dishes. The restaurant itself is very nice. Service was excellent !!"

"Went there for dinner as we were staying at the hotel. First impression was exciting however, overall experience was very poor. The service was disjointed with us having to prompt for staters and mains to be processed in the kitchen. The food was rushed and felt precooked and partially warmed prior serving. "The service at the restaurant is definitely not that expected in a 4 star hotel. The staff is polite but do not seem to have adequate training, they all seem to be disconnected from the clientele, distracted. We needed to ask twice for the table to be cleared even after we were one of the last clients left. The service in a brasserie on Cours Mirabeau is better than here. Please do review the situation and improve it rapidly, as the image of the entire establishment suffers. We'll be back to check as we live in the area. Thank you for your understanding."
