"We arrive at 23:30 and we found our room occupied by another cuple with an invoice with my name on They arrived and checked in at the counter 4 hours eaelier We had to find ourself the solution checking in with the other cuple reservation code Very unpleasant surprise expecially with kid"

"The breakfast guy was late for work,sleepy I would say still drunk or high from last night.We could not start eating because there was nothing set up.Wen we asked him for trays and cups he was pretending to slice bread instead and be busy.Nobody need any bread but cups spoons, and trays.He was doing it on purpouse I am sure.Well french hospitality did nit exists here.Mersi."
