"This place is amazing! The location is fantastic with a mesmerizing garden. The staff are very kind and helpful and speak many different languages in case you dont know french. The rooms are alright, pretty compact but worth it for the price and you wont be spending much time in your hotel anyway. The pool is good for all ages and its big enough to swim in it. Its also a very quiet settlement, the people are very respectful."

"Rooms barely big enough to get into. Very strong sewer smell from the toilet. We purposely rented a hotel with AC as I am pregnant and we were traveling in August. Well, the AC didn't work so the rooms were super hot, so we had to open the window to try and get some cooler air, however the proximity to the autoroute meant we couldn't sleep. Honestly one of the worst hotel experience we've had in years. To be honest, this experience as completely put me off the Ibis brand."

"If you pay without card make sure you get a receipt! None of the staff want to give you a receipt. When we left this morning they claimed we didn't pay for dinner!! We had a receipt, and then they claimed we ordered drinks for €20 after dinner. We refused to pay since it was a lie. Otherwise clean, nice garden. Close to the highway."

"Had a very positive experience at Ibis Aix en Provence. Great location and clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Nice garden outside that you can sit and relax. I have only positive things to say about the customer service. We forgot one of our bags at the hotel. The stuff was quick to respond and came with solution on how we could get our bag back since we already left the country. Many thanks to Liza!"

"Good location, looks a bit hipsterish at least at the lobby. Stuff seems nice, trying to be helpful. Pool is a plus, but needs cleaning and some restoration work. Breakfast is a bit pricey at 13 euro, with meat options consisting only of pork. Rooms are small, somehow smaller than usual. Air conditioning doesn’t seem to be working well - rooms are hot and humid. I had to change room and air conditioning doesn’t work well in either one. First room had strange smell, looks like mold. Also floors looked rundown. Second room has issue with sink - doesn’t drain well. Hotel has interesting vibe, but seems to be rundown. If I knew about air conditioning issues, I would not stay in this hotel."
