"Everything about this hotel was great and served us well for an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and the rooms very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay there again."

"Nicely decorated room, Excellent staff except the cleaner of our room who failed, for 2 days, to notify that the soap container was empty. All the staff very friendly. Breakfast good quality & plentiful."

"The only criticism of the hotel is the lack of lobby area for hotel guests. It is awkward always walking through the brasserie to get to the hotel elevator. This design would not keep me from returning but it is a design flaw in my opinion. Everything else was top notch, especially the front desk staff"

"Fabulous hotel! Spacious room, spotless clean, amazing service! The receptionists and all other staff were so great. For example, I arrived early (before 11) and my room was ready soon after. The water in the shower were not hot enough for me - they fixed from outside right away. And on top of that, everyone were so nice and sweet, making my time at Aix even more magical. I couldn't asked for more. Thank you so much!!"

"The location is great, but it feels like the focus is more on the restaurant and bar than the hotel itself. We stayed here on Wednesday and Thursday. The first night was fine, but on the second night, the restaurant — which opens directly into the lobby ( no door)— had live music that turned into nightclub-style music by 9 PM. By 11 PM, we called reception to ask when the music would stop. The receptionist seemed surprised and said, “I’ll check and let you know,” but we never heard back. The music didn’t stop until 1 AM — and this wasn’t just background music, it was heavy bass, nightclub-level noise. I’m not sure what kind of 4 stars hotel allows this and doesn’t warn guests — it felt more like staying above a nightclub than in an actual hotel. If you’re considering staying here, I’d suggest double-checking whether they have live music or nightclub events during your stay, especially on weeken"
