"We love Aix and we have stayed at different hotels in and around town before. This time we stayed four nights at this hotel and we love it. First of all the service was excellent. Emma, Tristana, Naomie and Nasrat treated us warmly and made us feel at home. They made us want to go back there and visit “family”. To us, the room and location are secondary but they were also great. We had a clean, bright, bigger room with en-suite bathroom and a bathtub. The hotel is close to transportation-buses and taxis are just in front of the building. The train station, the Rotonde, and the Office de Tourisme are only five minute walk away."

"Very nice room. Hotel is very close to the old city while not being in it, where it is too busy. Wifi was terrible. Had to reconnect every time we got back to the hotel and wasn’t very strong signal."

"Perfectly located just outside Aix, walking distance to the rotonde Square. Nice clean rooms. Absolutely take the parking offer if you're by car: parking in Aix is kind of a nightmare and the prices of other options are way higher"

"This is obviously not a 4-star hotel, maximum 2, location convenient and really close to the centre. Service was good and friendly, and I can't add anything else, just positive comments about people who are working in this hotel. Breakfast was good. Room, o my, small, we were with 2 small suitcases and we barely have a space to open them. The room was clean, but, bedlinen and towels so old, their colour looked grey."
