"Thank you to Margherita and Antonio for a wonderful stay in your beautiful hotel. After a long transatlantic trip, arriving at such a welcoming and restful place was the ideal beginning to a vacation. Our room (#1) was extremely spacious and comfortable, and we could have easily spent more than the two nights we originally booked. The best of the Centre Ville is literally only steps away, and the ability to spend days just walking, exploring, and dining without the need to engage transportation was a genuine travel treat."

"The Hôtel Particulier Le 28 is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. We were immediately captured by its beauty and style, and loved being immersed in the entire experience. It is relaxing, elegant, energizing, stylish, and pampering. Our room and upper terrace were so beautiful, and the location couldn't be beat. Anthony and Margherita are the perfect hosts- gracious, responsive, and caring. I got lost with no GPS trying to get there, and Anthony rescued me on his scooter! Exceptional service. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. 10/10 the whole way!"

"Lovely family run boutique hotel just a 2 minute walk from the main streets of Aix. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with an excellent breakfast every morning. The family and other people running the hotel couldn't be more friendly or helpful."

"Everything about this place is exceptional. I was travelling alone but splurged on a very expensive suite with a private balcony. I had a luxurious bathtub and shower. The breakfast is comprised a very high quality ingredients. They make delicious coffee and were generous about offering me coffees even when I didn't purchase petit dejeuner. The owners and staff are very personable yet professional. Very tolerant of my lack of command of the French language. They gave me great recommendations regarding things to do and especially which restaurants to patronise. At the end of my stay there was a mishap at the local self-service laundromat. My machine froze before the rinse cycle. They were kind enough to dry all my clothes for me, even though they were soaking wet. If you want to treat yourself to an elegant luxurious stay, this is the place to be. The public areas are very comfortable. They play cool music quietly in a stream on the house stereo system."
