"I don’t want to give any star this hotel. I checked in at 10pm on Aug 7th 2024. When I saw the bathroom, it was weird and I doubt if this bathroom is legally permitted. Bath tub was incredibly small. Around 12am after checkin, I slipped near the kitchen and broke my knee and need surgery. It ruined the vacation and my life. It takes several month to recover. It was flooded from kitchen to front door. It was soapy water, floor was kind of vinyl so it was out of control when I stepped wet floor. There was no one in the reception and no ice machine. Room phone was not working and I called hotel emergency number but nobody answered. I had to wait in pain until morning. After incident, hotel staffs’ attitude was terrible. They only cared about any technical problems my room, not guest’s safety. Manager called the hotel technician to check the room if any technical problems had in the room. Then the technician said this kind of flooded never happened before and didn’t know where the water came from. And manager told me that inside the hotel room incident, the hotel didn’t have any responsibility. Until checking out, nobody said to me if i was ok. The hotel was completely unprepared for emergencies or incidents. I regretted not to call police as soon as the incident. I took the picture after my incident. When I looked closely the picture later, there was water mark in the floor crown molding. I think this room was flooded several time."

"Best hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff is super nice. The services they offer are amazing. Such an understanding staff who helped me whenever I had a problem. I stayed there as a student while looking for a place. I have never felt more welcome. And it’s such a beautiful hotel too."

"We had a problem during the night because our room card was not working, the reception was closed and there was no emergency number to call for help. We stayed in room number 10 there were plenty of ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was a kind of joke, I can't even call this basic breakfast. The swimming pool is open from June!!!! A summary This hotel is not worth the money!"

"1- I have asked the hotel several time to clean the room when I’m not there and I’ve put a sign. The director spoke to me yesterday and promised to take care, yet I came again today and the room is not cleaned. 2- the Telefon is only a decoration as it doesn’t work and you can’t contact the reception. 3- I don’t understand why the reception doesn’t speak English, they don’t even try with Google translate or whatever. Not even a word. Maybe the hotel is only for French speaking people? Bas experience for too much money. I wouldn’t recommend it."

"The hotel looks good when you arrive there but this is actually a fairly bad one. We were quite disappointed as we had read a few good review but definitely seems some fake. The swimming people is really small. We decided to go elsewhere as it doesn't match the standard of a 4 stars hotel. Lastly no one seemed to wear the mask as it should be nor the hotel looked clean."
