"Hate to say it, but unfortunately our stay wasn’t good. Especially not for this price. Here’s a summary: - Restaurant: food options online were misguiding and not the same as in real life. Very limited menu. Furthermore, we had to wait for our food for a long time. When it arrived, it was cold and there was a piece of hard plastic embedded in my son’s food which he was about to eat. On top of this, they tried to charge us the full amount of the diner, including the cold item with the piece of plastic which we obviously didn’t touch anymore and refused to pay for. Never experienced something like this. - Rooms: Room actually was ok, but no handsoap to be found. Asked at the reception and was told there was none. Also a first for me. So in summary: would not recommend to stay here. Edit: Response to the owner’s comment that I am stating something that is not true: This did happen so I am not sure why you are stating otherwise. Here is a more elaborate description of the events: I went to the waiter and asked for my bill. I got the bill and asked if the cold piece of food with the hard plastic was included. The waiter said “yes”. I then asked for it to be removed due to obvious reasons. The waiter said he had to ask his manager for this. I waited for the manager and explained to him that I was not going to pay for that particular piece of food. The waiter then deducted it from the bill. This is what happened."

"Stayed at this property for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful and polite. The rooms were spacious and well-lit. Breakfast options were also good. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Found the stay peaceful and relaxing."

"We chose this hotel from a list of recommended places to stay by a conference being attended. I would not have chosen it otherwise and would not stay there again. The rooms were tiny, the bath towels tinier, and the water coming out of the faucet had a terrible odour. It’s a good 45 minute walk to get anywhere near the old town and the intense summer heat made that near impossible so we ended up spending money on taxis to go everywhere. Had I known that it was so far away from everything, it would have been easier to spend more on a hotel closer to the old town and lose the cab fares. Having the glass shower less than 18” from the bed was weird and offers no privacy. There’s a pool that was very, very, warm but that’s not something that was under their control. What is under their control is the material around the pool. The type of stone laid around the pool absorbs heat to such an extent that you can’t walk on it. You will literally burn the soles of your feet. I’ve got the blisters to prove how badly you can burn yourself in as little as 5 seconds, which is as long as it took me to get off of them. There should at the very least be a warning sign telling you not to remove your shoes/sandals until you get to the water. Even an instant is like stepping on hot coals. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is that the staff are very friendly and bend over backwards to be accommodating. The staff are fantastic. The breakfast (extra fee) was also good, but mainly the staff. If you’re trying to save money, this place is “okay” but next time I’d definitely get a place much closer to the centre of town. There is absolutely nothing near the hotel."

"The stay was excellent. I was positively surprised by the cleanliness and the ambiance of the hotel. The breakfast was also really nice, in fact, it exceeded my expectations. The only thing which i felt was the rooms were a bit small and it was a bit difficult to move around the room. And also the TV was really very old with a non functioning remote. Rest was absolutely brilliant, I would definitely recommend your hotel to all of my friends. Thanks."
