"I bought a scale a little over a year ago. I returned it to customer service because I had a problem with the charger (a loose connection). After a few days, I received a message saying my scale was completely broken!!! And that I could get an exceptional 20% discount on my next purchase 😅. Following my complaint, I received another message saying that, after a diagnosis by another technician, the problem was actually with the charger, which was faulty. Haha, the scale isn't broken anymore?! In the end, I paid for the diagnosis and the new charger. Unbelievable. Avoid them, they really treat you like a fool 🐦🐦"
