"I rented an apartment on Booking.com that was managed by conciergerie/immo Valentin. It did not match the advertisement. The company did not respond to messages, and when I finally managed to get in touch with them on the phone one day later, they admitted the mistake in the listing and promised to reimburse the full amount via Booking. We left the accommodation and booked something else in good faith that the company would follow up on their promise. Long story short: so far they have let two requests for a refund expire on Booking and are not responding to the Booking customer service. The listing of the apartment on Booking.com also hasn't been adjusted yet, so unfortunately I see little progress. Everyone considering using this company’s services - do yourself a favour and don’t. It speaks for itself that once the reimbursement has been approved by Valentin on Booking.com, I will of course adjust this review to reflect that a solution has been found."

"Happy to recommend this Airbnb. It's conveniently located s short walk from the centre of Aix and has secure parking on site. The apartment itself is clean and has all the basics you might need."
